2026 Alliance Ally Rally Email
(from April Clark, 17 April 2026)

Hello, everyone! We are a little over a month away from national rally! Now that rally is so close, there are a few deadlines approaching and some additional information we want to make sure we get out to you. PLEASE read through each item below carefully.

Minor Service Request Forms – Friday, April 24, is your last opportunity to submit your three minor service requests. Click here to access the Rally Service Form. If you do not submit your form by the end of the day on April 24, we may not be able to address your service concerns. Any questions regarding minor service work, as well as any missed deadline questions, can be directed to factoryservice@alliancerv.com. If you submitted a service request form, you should have gotten an email response. This email will either say all your items are approved or it will ask follow-up questions that we need answered before approval will be given. If you did not see a response, please check your junk folder. If there is nothing there, please email factoryservice@alliancerv.com immediately to ensure everything is solidified before next Friday’s deadline.

Parts Orders – If you would like to purchase parts and pick them up at rally to avoid shipping costs, please contact our parts department to put in your order by Friday, May 8. We cannot guarantee delivery by rally, so the sooner you get your parts ordered, the better your chances for picking up at rally. You will need to email parts@alliancerv.com and let them know the last six digits of your VIN, along with the parts you would like to purchase. They will contact you to finalize payment and your parts will be available for pickup at rally in the Service Building.

Alliance Rally Popup Store – This Sunday, April 19, is the last day to order swag from the Rally Popup Store. Remember, items in the Popup Store will NOT be available to purchase at rally. Only t-shirts and hats will be available to purchase and take with you during rally. All Popup Store orders made by the end of the day Sunday, April 19, can be picked up at rally in the Vendor Hall – Building A. The Popup Store will re-open during rally, however, you will need to pay shipping costs, and you will not get your items until after rally is over. If you want rally swag to wear at rally, please follow THIS LINK and make your purchases today!

Meals – Alliance will be providing breakfast and dinner each day of rally (Wednesday through Friday). There will be a couple food truck options for lunch, but you are also welcome to leave the fairgrounds to explore Goshen and the areas around it! The following will be the breakfast menu (Dinner menu was sent last email update):Wednesday: Scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, French toast bake, cheesy potatoes, fruit, cinnamon coffee cake, juice, and coffee
Thursday: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit, juice, and coffee
Friday: Bagels, donuts, Danishes, muffins, fruit, juice, and coffee

Dietary Restrictions (Friday Night) – In an effort to make sure everyone with dietary restrictions is taken care of at our meal Friday night, if you or someone in your party needs a specific meal choice Friday evening due to dietary restrictions, we would like to hear from you. Please respond to this email, by Friday, May 1st, with the person’s name, their restriction, and the meal they would like on Friday night (choices are listed below). We will put their name on one of the meals to make sure they are taken care of. This is only for those people with dietary restrictions. Please do NOT respond with your meal choice if you do not have dietary restrictions.

Meal choices for Friday night include the following: Chipotle burrito (chicken, steak, or veggie); Ben’s Pretzel Calzone (pizza, ham & cheese, chicken-bacon-ranch, or Hawaiian) and pretzel bites; Chick-fil-A original chicken sandwich with chips, Chick-fil-A 8-count nuggets with chips, or Chick-fil-A Cobb salad with grilled chicken

Welcome Bags – On Tuesday, May 26, we will have our Welcome Reception. At this event you will have the opportunity to grab a hot dog, play some games, and pick up your welcome bag. Welcome bags will include your rally t-shirts, your name badges (which must be worn to all rally events), an agenda, vendor specials, and more. If you have not filled out your Attendee Info Form, please do so now by clicking HERE. If you have already filled one out, please do not submit another form. If you have questions about t-shirt sizes or names you submitted for name badges, please email rally@alliancerv.com. Agendas will also be sent via email a couple weeks before rally.

Ally Crafters – We plan to have an opportunity for Ally crafters to sell their items on the last day of rally. If you make something that you would like to sell on Friday at rally, please plan to bring your products with you. More details to follow.

Arrivals & Departures – Our parking team will be parking units Sunday through Tuesday of rally week starting at 8 AM and ending at 6 PM. If you arrive after 6 PM, please call the phone number posted at the gate and our parking team will decide if it is safe to park you. We will not park you if it is dark. If you arrive after 6 PM and our parking team decides it would be best to wait until the following morning to park you, you will need to be prepared to dry camp at the gate or you are welcome to make arrangements with Elkhart Campgrounds for the night. Please be advised that we can not guarantee a level area for dry camping, and you must be ready to be parked first thing at 8 AM the following morning so the gate is not blocked. We appreciate your help in making sure everyone is safe and our hard-working volunteers are respected as decisions are made throughout the week of rally. Our parking team are volunteering their time and dedicating their days to helping rally attendees. We would like to respect their time and energy and stay within the 8 AM-6 PM parking timeline if at all possible. Thank you for your part in making plans to help with this effort.

If you are leaving before Saturday, May 30, please be sure to let our parking team know upon arrival. Once everyone is parked, it is not always easy to leave sites out of order. Rally activities will go through Friday evening, so if you need to add Friday night to your reservation or if you have any questions or concerns, please email rally@alliancerv.com.

If you would like to be parked near friends, you will need to plan to arrive at the fairgrounds at the same time. Since we are working in a fairground turned into a campground, most units will be parked in a row as they arrive in each area.

Cancellations – We understand sometimes things come up. Your last opportunity to cancel your reservation for rally without losing your full payment is Tuesday, May 12. Any cancellation prior to Wednesday, May 13, will be refunded, minus service fees and taxes that we can’t recover. If you are considering canceling due to travel concerns or making other plans, we would ask that you email rally@alliancerv.com as soon as possible. The sooner we are aware you won’t be attending, the sooner we can offer your site to someone on the waitlist and hopefully still be able to offer them three minor service requests. Thank you for helping us serve as many Allies as possible at rally.

Pump-Outs – If you are in a W/E (water & electric only) site and you would like to pre-purchase a pump-out, you can do so by clicking HERE. This will ensure your pump-out medallion is in your welcome bag and ready for you to use at your convenience. Pump-outs will also be sold during rally and are non-refundable. Further information on how to use your pump-out medallion can be found at the link provided above.

Vendors – Wondering what vendors are confirmed for rally? You can find out by clicking HERE. Some services require scheduling and payment now, so be sure to check out the list.

Bourbon & Wine Tasting – Do you enjoy finding unique bourbons or wines during your travels? Wednesday night some of our Allies will be hosting a bourbon tasting and a wine tasting in the Vendor Hall – Building A. To participate, they ask that you bring a bottle to share. Please include your name and camping area on the bottle and plan to pick it up from the Vendor Hall sometime on Thursday. More details to follow!

Factory Tours – A factory tour sign-up link will be available in our next rally email. Tour availability will be the following:Tuesday, May 26: 10:00 AM
Wednesday, May 27: 2:00 PM
Thursday, May 28: 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM
Friday, May 29: 10:00 AM

Please be prepared to travel to our main campus at 301 Benchmark Dr., Elkhart, for your tour.

We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone next month! If you have any questions or concerns not addressed in this email, please feel free to reach out to rally@alliancerv.com or check our FAQ page found HERE.
